Case Study: Redesigning Aura for Higher Conversions

Auro is one of finest headphone brand in Toronto

The Background


Auro is a premium headphone brand delivering studio-quality sound for audiophiles and everyday listeners alike. Despite their innovative products and sleek designs, Auro’s website wasn’t conveying the brand’s premium positioning.


Visitors struggled to understand product differences, key features were buried, and the site didn’t capture the immersive audio experience that sets Auro apart. The brand partnered with us to create a website that reflects their audio excellence while making it easy for users to explore, compare, and purchase.

The Challenge


The biggest challenge was to translate a highly sensory product — sound — into a digital experience. Previous product pages were text-heavy, lacked visual hierarchy, and the navigation made browsing multiple headphone models cumbersome. The checkout process was also complicated, causing cart abandonment. Our goal was to design a website that highlights Auro’s superior sound quality, simplifies product discovery, and drives conversions.




The Strategy


We focused on three core strategies:


  • Immersive Product Presentation: High-quality imagery, interactive 360° views, and visual cues to showcase

    design and features.

  • Clear Feature Communication: Highlighting sound quality, battery life, and comfort with concise, skimmable

    copy and easy-to-compare specs.

  • Optimized Flow and Conversion: Streamlined navigation, simplified category filters, and a frictionless

    checkout for a seamless shopping experience.


The design leveraged dark, premium color schemes with subtle highlights to evoke a sense of luxury and sophistication, mirroring Auro’s brand identity.

The Results


Within two months of launch:


  • +50% increase in conversion rate, thanks to better product storytelling and simplified checkout.

  • -30% bounce rate, as users engaged more with interactive and visually appealing product pages.

  • +38% increase in average session duration, showing stronger engagement and exploration.
